Is your Pinterest traffic stagnating? Have your repins slowed to a trickle? Haven’t had any new followers in days (or weeks)?
Are your efforts just not generating as much traffic as you’d like?
Don’t panic! This just means you need to switch up your approach!
Luckily, that doesn’t have to take a lot of time.
If your Pinterest traffic growth is slow, here are 5 tips move things along:
1- Make some new pins
Sometimes it helps to have more content circulating around Pinterest. Try making new versions of your current pins with a different (but still on brand) design and maybe even a new title. Then, add them to your board while keeping the old pins. This increases your chances of getting seen and repinned for two reasons:
- More content = more stuff for your audience to repin. You’ll also have more content to pin to Tailwind tribes.
- Some designs and headlines will perform better than others.
To be clear, you don’t have to write a ton of blog posts. Just make extra pins for the content you already have.
For bonus points, keep an eye on your analytics to see which pins perform better. Use that information to improve your headlines, designs, and pinning strategy!
2- Create trending boards
Pinterest has trends like any other platform, and getting in on the ones that are relevant to your business can help get you noticed.
Plus, it’s super fun!
Keep an eye on what’s popular on Pinterest. It’s always a good idea to create some seasonal boards for holidays and seasonal topics.
3- Schedule your pins
Are you pinning everything in one big block each day?
If you are, Pinterest might see you as less useful and relevant than an account that adds content consistently throughout the day.
You could log in multiple times per day to pin, but you might want to try a program like Tailwind to pin for you. You can add a bunch of pins all at once and let them trickle onto your account over time.
That way, you spend the same amount of time pinning, but get much better results.
4- Get your followers to pin for you
Pinterest marketing can be time-consuming, and sometimes it’s nice to take a shortcut.
That’s why we created Pinterest Wave.
Pinterest Wave is an automated system that’s based on a simple 4 step technique I’ve used time and time again to skyrocket my Pinterest traffic.
I’ve used this system myself to generate 20 times more sales in my own business. I quickly went from making 4 sales per day to a sale every 14 minutes!
How does it work?
Pinterest Wave helps you create a simple system to provide incentives for your audience to pin your content! More repins leads to more traffic and more sales. The best part, everything is automated, so all you have to do is take a few minutes to set it up, then you can let it work its magic.
